Dear Colleagues

PLEASE NOTE:
For late poster abstract submissions please contact the Conference Secretariat

You are warmly invited to the 9th Asia-pacific congress of Medical Virology, to be held in Adelaide, Australia June 6th-8th 2012. Please see below for details.

The Asia-Pacific Congress of Medical Virology is a triennial international meeting that focuses on diagnostic, public health, research and clinical virology, with emphasis on Asia and the Pacific regions. Many recently emerging virus infections have been centred on our region, and conditions of agriculture and wildlife are such that further examples are likely to occur. Many Asian countries have or are developing a strong public health, diagnostic and research base to address these problems. The 9th Asia-Pacific Congress will review, present and discuss current progress in each of these areas.

The Congress will be held in:

ADELAIDE, AUSTRALIA, from
6th-8th June, 2012.

Adelaide is a cosmopolitan city of 1 million, with a relaxed life-style and excellent facilities including daily direct international air services. Conference facilities, accommodation, food and entertainment in all price ranges are within an easy walk of the conference centre. The Australian Organising Committee wish to extend a very warm welcome to all delegates to the Congress, and trust you will have a very enjoyable and productive visit to Australia.
